Shipping Information

GENERAL
  • Canvas prints ship separately from other items. If you order multiple items you will receive them in a separate shipment from your canvas print
  • Canvas prints are MADE-TO-ORDER and sometimes can take up to 2 weeks for production.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam folder for the email if you have not received it. 

SHIPPING (U.S. and Canada)

  • Items average 5-12 business days for processing and packaging before shipping
  • Items average 3-7 business days for delivery
  • UNTRACKED shipping (for stickers and mini prints) may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

SHIPPING (International)

  • Items average 5-12 business days for processing and packaging before shipping
  •  Canvases are shipped with international express shipping (3-7 business days)
  • All other items shipped outside North America take around 12-21 business days to deliver; but in some cases can take up to 6 weeks. 
  • These are all estimates; we are not responsible for delays in shipping speed as we can not control that.

ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Please double check your address when ordering. We are not responsible for items that are returned due to incorrect address.
  • If you need to change your address please contact us at support@jenavievelouie.com. We will try our best to change the address but cannot guarantee address changes. 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

  • Your package may be undelivered or returned to sender for multiple reasons including: incorrect address, unclaimed, shipping carrier error, etc.
  • If there are any issues with the delivery of your package please email support@Jenavievelouie.com. 
  • If your package is "returned to sender" please email support@jenavievelouie.com. Packages can be re-sent for an additional fee, or can be partially refunded in some cases. Packages that are "returned to sender" are NOT sent directly to us, we must request them from the shipping carrier within a certain time frame; therefore any packages that are "returned to sender" will not be claimed or refunded unless specifically requested by the customer

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • We do our best to package and protect each shipment, but in some cases an item or an entire order can arrive damaged.
  • If you order has arrived damaged, please email support@jenavievelouie.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damages.

DISCLAIMER

  • We are not responsible for customs & duties for shipments. 
  • International orders may get stuck in customs, resulting in a longer shipping time. We are not responsible for longer shipping times due to international customs.
  • When you choose UNTRACKED shipping you accept the responsibility for any delays or shipping issues that may happen. We will provide proof of shipment if necessary, but we are unable to send replacements or provide refunds for UNTRACKED shipments.
