Shipping policy

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

• Canvas prints ship separately from other items. If you order multiple items you will receive them in a separate shipment from your canvas print.
• Items take 5-12 business day for processing and packaging before shipping (We are a small business and appreciate your patience ♡)
• Items take 3-7 business days for delivery (North America).
• These are all estimates; we are not responsible for delays in shipping speed as we can not control that.
• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam folder for the email if you have not received it. 
• SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA: Canvases are shipped with international express shipping (3-7 business days).
• All other items shipped outside North America take approximately 12-21 business days to deliver.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

• Please double check your address when ordering. We are not responsible for items that are returned due to incorrect address.
• If you need to change your address please contact us support@jenavievelouie.com. We will try our best to change the address but cannot guarantee address changes. 

 

DISCLAIMER

• We are not responsible for customs & duties incurred for shipments. 
• International orders may get stuck in customs, resulting in a longer shipping time. We are not responsible for longer shipping times due to international customs.
• All items are sent with tracking numbers. Once the tracking number states the order has been delivered we are no longer responsible for it. It is the customer's responsibility to take up any claims with the shipping company in rare occasions where items are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
